Aboriginal employment in the spotlight

There was plenty happening on Gunaikurnai Country last week with GLaWAC hosting the third meeting of the Victorian Aboriginal Employment and Economic Council; and a visit from Employment Minister Jaala Pulford MP, together with Sheena Watt MP.

Great to hear about the development of the Gippsland Aboriginal Economic Development Strategy being drafted by Wariga Molla, and be able to discuss the many unique opportunities that Gippsland’s Aboriginal community have to contribute to the economic development of the region.

We all need to keep working together to make sure that community are properly supported to get on with the business of growing your business.
