GLaWAC’s NAIDOC Family Day is on again!

Our NAIDOC Family Day at the Knob Reserve is on again!!!

This year we celebrate the next generation, those who will carry our stories forward, shape our future, and continue the legacy we stand on today.

It’s about honouring the strength of our Ancestors, supporting our young people, and walking together toward a future shaped by community and culture.

The Family Day is part of that legacy – a day to bring your family, your Elders, your little ones — and enjoy a day filled with culture, pride and connection.

Things kick off at 10.30am
Welcome and Smoking Ceremony at 11am
Finishing up at 3pm

We are organising free buses so be sure to book your seat and our admin team will be in touch to confirm details before the big day: https://bit.ly/NAIDOCbuses

You only need to register if you need a bus, and please call 5152 5100 if you need any support doing it.

** Photographs exhibited around the Knob Reserve on the day may contain images of people who have since passed. We display them with family permission.
